Looking for specific type of waders
Hi Gents:

Looking to purchase a new pair of waders and wondered if there was any manufacturer
that made chest boot waders with built-in cleats or spikes. When I fish the rocky north side of Montauk it is becoming more of a hassle to strap on the korkers (especially as I get older!) Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try Snowbee. They use to make them.
Joe,

I'd say look at a pair of stocking foot waders and then purchase a pair of Cabellas Wading Boot with Lug Sole. See link.

With these Wading Boots I attach GRIP STUDS. These screw into the 15 circles on the bottom of the lug sole. These STUDS do not fall out. See link.

You need to purchase the installation tool separately. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE TOOL!!!!

Anyway, this is the way I go for the last several years and I'm very pleased how it's worked.
